I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the terms outlined in this Declaration, and all of the terms and conditions set forth in the Official Rules, and hereby accept the prize won in the Brazos $1,000 No Essay Scholarship.

Certificate of Eligibility.

I am at least 18 years of age, a resident of Texas, and am currently, or will be within six months from the date I was provided this form, a student at an Eligible School, as described in the Official Rules.

I am submitting this Declaration with the understanding that it will be relied upon in connection with me having been selected as the winner of the Brazos $1,000 No Essay Scholarship.

I represent and affirm that I have read and understand all the eligibility requirements, and terms and conditions set forth in the Official Rules and that I agree to be bound by them and will continue to comply with them.

I have not committed and will not commit any fraud or deception in connection with the contest and have not sought to influence the outcome.

Liability Waiver.

I agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Brazos Education Foundation, Inc., Brazos Higher Education, their respective affiliates, directors, officers, employees, representatives, and agents (“Brazos”), from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of or in connection with my participation in the Brazos $1,000 No Essay Scholarship, and in connection with the use of my name, likeness, voice, photograph, and/or other identifying information (including any claims or actions for defamation or invasion of privacy).

Publicity Release.

I irrevocably grant perpetual permission and consent to Brazos to use my name, likeness, voice, photograph, and/or other identifying information, including but not limited to any testimonial statements I may provide, for any promotional or advertising purposes without further compensation to me including in various forms of media including, but not limited to, print, television, radio, internet, social media, and electronic/digital platforms.

I have carefully read this Declaration and fully understand its contents.

I AGREE THAT BY TYPING MY FULL NAME AND DATE OF BIRTH BELOW AND HITTING SUBMIT, I INTEND SUCH MARKINGS TO HAVE THE FULL FORCE AND EFFECT AS MY SIGNATURE AND INDICATE MY INTENT TO SIGN, AGREE, AND BE LEGALLY BOUND TO THE CONTENT HEREIN.
